We are excited to announce our burger of 2024…

🍔 Livin’ la Vida l’Oka 🍔

This year Chef created a lively and creamy Mornay sauce from Oka, a semi-soft, washed rind cheese from Quebec. The rich sauce is poured over a 6 oz Atlantic Beef patty and topped with house-made chorizo. Final touches include a peppery arugula, pickled pepperoncini for some balanced acidity, and a warm local brioche bun that has been grilled in compound butter.

Livin’ la Vida l’Oka will be available at Eliot &Vine from Thursday, April 11th to Saturday, April 20th.
