Burger Bash 2025

Showcasing a melody of flavours, for our sixth year of Halifax’s Burger Bash, we choose a unique take on a classic.

Starting with a brioche bun from 24 Carrots Bakery the base is layered with basil aioli. Placed atop is a thick and juicy 6oz chuck patty, cooked to perfection. Then comes a spoonful of house-made roasted red pepper relish, with sweetness and acidity that break through the richness of our beef patty. Next is a panko-breaded round of goat cheese, melting into the beef with every bite. Fresh arugula provides sharpness, and the last addition, crispy Genoa salami, provides the perfect salty touch.
