We welcome back Sommelier Dave Pieroway, to guide us through another unforgettable night of good food, good wine, and good company.

Elk Tenderloin
Pommes purée, fried cauliflower, blueberry gastrique, red wine jus

Molasses Cake
Toffee sauce, poached pear, whipped mascarpone

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event, will be charged a $45.00 non-refundable cancellation fee.
